Plodkowski & Tavolacci Equities LLC, a New York property management company, was looking for a logo that reflected a professional and bold feel. The logo designs were inspired by the city of New York and the boldness and drive of the company's mission.

The first concept created illustrated the New York City skyline in a single line design paired with a strong font and color. The second design uses the company's initials "PTE" in a custom font with a bright, but professional, blue hue.
